Scotch® General Purpose Masking Tape 234 is designed to be used in medium temperature paint bake operations.

Details

  • Crepe paper backing conforms and maintains integrity when formed around a corner;

  • Performs well in paint bake operations up to 250°F (121.1°C) for 30 minutes;
  • Strong backing is easy to tear, yet resists slivering and provides one piece removal

Scotch® General Purpose Masking Tape 234 has an excellent transfer resistance for difficult to remove from surfaces like EDPM rubber moldings. It is used throughout the industrial industry for holding, protecting, bundling and a vast number of other difficult jobs where a pressure sensitive tape is needed. It also features UV resistance. This tape is designed for non-critical paint masking.
